Job Description:

• Experience in support projects in functional capacity HR, Compensation and Benefits. Need Advance & core compensation experience in C & B.
• Experience in handling tickets and client interactions
• At least 2 years' experience in working on Workday compensation and Benefits solution
• At least 4-6 years' experience in Human Capital Management (HCM) system/business processes (PeopleSoft / SAP HCM / etc.)
• At least 4 years' experience in Compensations business process
• Provide recommendations and assist to implement changes to existing business processes and to HCM systems.
• Develop test procedures, test scenarios, and test cases; execute test scripts; and document and communicate the results.
• Preferably workday certified –functional
