Job Description : Prior experience in Resource Management in IT Services Hands-on exposure in direct customer facing roles would be an added advantage. Prepare custom resource analysis dashboards and reports on various aspects of Operations (People, Process, as required) for Senior Management consumption. Should be proficient in MS Excel. Refresh the custom resource analysis dashboards and reports using monthly/quarterly inputs from various information sources (as applicable). MIS reporting.
