Job Description for AWS Professionals / Devops Engineer

What you will do:

• You will be individual contributor to our product development team and taking ownership to develop multiple modules at the same time.
• You will ensure project code quality, code optimisation and on-time delivery of projects.
• Responsible for both frontend and backend development.
• Build and improvise existing docker implementations.
• Co-ordinating with engineers for the troubleshoot of the product deployment during the production.
• Responsible for right implementation and development of the solution using predefined standards.
• Re-factoring (optimisation) the code or query during development.
• You will also responsible for designing and delivering DevOps solutions to clients.
• Building CI/CD Pipelines, writing infrastructure automation code, and integrating various DevOps tools.

What we are looking for:

• Strong background in Linux administration (Redhat/CentOS)
• Knowledge in web application development using Python, PHP, Java Script, CSS, HTML, Bootstrap
• Ability to use a wide variety of open source technologies
• Docker container administration, Optimisation
• Cloud automation Preferable AWS, Azure
• Experience with automation/configuration management using either Puppet, Ansible or an equivalent
• A working understanding of scripting: Ruby, Bash
• Knowledge on Monitoring tools like Ganglia
• Good understanding in DevOps, Continuous Integration, Continuous Deployment
• Knowledge in Jenkins, Gitlab, VSTS
• Self learner , individual contributor and work in smaller teams
• Knowledge on SCM , Git version Control tools
