Job Description & Responsibilities:

Assist in developing the periodic reporting process and tools for objectives

The Planning Coordinator develops a working knowledge of clients goals, guidelines and strategies and an understanding of how that is translated

Responsible for creating specific documents such as reports, client agreements, MOMs, presentations, flowcharts, posting / shipping instructions and other documents

Revise / maintain all plans on a daily basis

Provides research support for development of plans and objectives / strategies by investigating special opportunities with markets / vendors / clients

Establishes and maintains good relation with other clients and partners

Write and simplify processes and procedures into understandable language, workflows, and instructions.

Makes recommendations based on emerging trends, expansion opportunities, competitive threats, viability of outside business partners, and internal business process improvement.

Experience: 0.6 y 2 y

Qualification: Preferably a Masters degree in Business Administration from reputed institutes.

Additional Requirements:

A team player who has the ability to prioritize to meet daily, time-sensitive deadlines and juggle multiple tasks 

Capable of working in a fast paced startup environment

Excellent verbal and written communications, including ability to demonstrate strong negotiation skills

Proficiency in Excel is a must along with the knowledge of PowerPoint

Analytical thinking skills coupled with business understanding will be an added advantage

Detail oriented with strong attention to details and follow through

Tech savvy, thrives on using technology to manage projects and solve problems.
