Job Description:

1.Excellent English Communication skill is must.

2.International voice/semi voice support.

3.Good knowledge on Windows OS & hardware of computers.

4.Good knowledge on troubleshooting skills on outlook.

5.Basic technical skills on PC hardware, Windows OS, applications such as Microsoft Office/Outlook          products.

6.IT service desk/help desk, desktop/laptop/printer troubleshooting skills.

7.Rotational shift (5 days work & 2 days week off).

8.Qualification: (10 + 2) min / Any Undergraduate.

9.Immediate joining / max notice 15 day notice period.

10.Two way free cab.
