Resource Manager in IT Services - Job position for M.B.A Hr

Job Description :

• Prior experience in Resource Management in IT Services Hands-on exposure in direct customer facing roles would be an added advantage.
• Prepare custom resource analysis dashboards and reports on various aspects of Operations (People, Process, as required) for Senior Management consumption. Should be proficient in MS Excel.
• Refresh the custom resource analysis dashboards and reports using monthly/quarterly inputs from various information sources (as applicable). MIS reporting.
• Work closely with the Delivery and Business Leads to understand the current and future demand.  Ensure timely fulfillment of multiple demands.
• Co-ordinating and working closely with Recruitment and other Resource Management teams
• Exposure to forecasting and fulfillment of resource requirements.
• Exposure in resource tracking, project allocations. Creating demands in the resource management tool.                     
• Play an active role in staffing resources through internal channels which include CRMG, co-ordinating with other BU RMG teams, creating a rapport with the Project Management
• Devise and implement staffing strategies to reduce the external/internal fulfillment timeline      
• Drive the progress of fulfillment of demands
• People Management abilities is must have                                                                           
• Identify processes which need improvement due to duplicate of effect, Consumption of more time, inaccuracy, lack of organized protocol etc. Indicate gaps where improvement is possible and put forth the necessary recommendations therein.
• Must be Organized, accurate and dependable, with ability to multi-task and be motivated to work on a broad range of activities, from strategic through to tactical. 
• Demonstrated communication skills (both verbal and written)                                                     
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills with high integrity.
• Ability to work well independently and in a team environment  and communicate effectively with all levels of an organization

Ready to work in India Night shift / US day shift permanently and/or on rotational shift India 2nd shift (3 PM IST to 12:30 AM IST) and 3rd shift (6 PM IST to 3:30 AM IST).
Bachelor’s Degree essential, MBA preferred.
