Job Description:

Level – System Associate Role Description – • Perform Alert management usinginfrastructure monitoring / management tools • Perform Ticket queue managementto ensure right ticket is been responded / resolved by right resolving group •Perform health check /Morning check, operating 24x7 on a global scale • Use thebusiness service management tool set to prioritize incident resolution based oncommercial impact. • Perform scheduled systems checks round the 24 – hour cycleand daily support handover at the beginning and end of every shift • Recordcomplete and accurate information in the shift log for each critical alertreceived during shift • Dispatching of Tickets to correct analyst Team. •Identify Critical Alert and manually raise a ticket. • Acknowledge unwantedalert in Monitoring system. Requirements: Experience – Essential • Exposure tomonitoring systems • Team player with ability to work under pressure • Fluentin English is a must • Basic knowledge on either one of the followingtechnologies:-Unix, SAP ,Oracle,Networking,Storage,Vmware,Windows • Thecandidate should have hands-on experience on Tivoli monitoring Tools and RemedyTicketing tools. Experience – Desirable • Knowledge of Incident reportingpackages • Experience of service monitoring • Previous experience in operationsarena Understanding of the elements that comprise the enterprise ITinfrastructure is required. These elements include the following; • Serverhardware • Operating systems (Windows 2000/2003 Sever) • Network Protocols(TCP/IP, SNMP/MIB, DNS, DHCP)
