Job Description :

• SAP SRM 7+ year Experience
• Project start date -23rd October
• Maintenance and creation of organization unit and there different attributes and extended attributes in SRM organization structure.
• CCMS monitoring and its route cause analysis.
• At least, experience of one P2P support project.
• Should have experiences in SNOW/Remedy tool.
• Knowledge of ITIL process

• Working Experiences to mitigate any escalation, Handle all kinds of SRM issue independently, help team for SRM issue to avoid SLA, good communication and can take ownership of ticket execution end to end for maximum client satisfaction.
• Working Experiences in SRM Classic and extended classic Scenario.
• Working Experiences in configuration and maintenance of external and internal catalog (OCI) of supplier with end to end testing.
• Knowledge in ABAP workflow, Webdynpro and Authorization.
• Maintenance and creation of organization unit and there different attributes and extended attributes in SRM organization structure.
• Working Experiences in User role maintenance, supplier import and maintenance, mass user deletion, supplier extension, Buy on-behalf, Workflow forwarding, substitution
• Working Experiences in SRM-Classic Scenario
• Working Experiences in configuration and maintenance of external and internal catalog (OCI) of supplier with end to end testing.Bring (Domain + Technical) knowledge to Merck
• Ability to deep dive (reverse engineering) in customized code, having a (n extreme) low documentation level, be able to solve issues independently
