Unified Comms – Engineering Team
Successful competition of testing for each technology/delivery
·Support CUCM, interface with strategic partner, and internal functions e.g. IT Security
·Work across multiple time zones, maximizing efficiencies.
·Technical knowledge: Call Manager, CUCM
.Lead the design and develop enterprise CUCM solutions using Oracle products
.Create low level design documents for CUCM solutions
.Technical oversight and delivery of TS and non TS dependencies: e.g. Network, Firewall, Windows Services, incl. Active Directory configuration
.Technical oversight and delivery of 3rd party products upgrades and integrations
.Able to interact and collaborate with local and global teams
.Working with vendors, business users and technical staff on implementation, identifying risk and creating project plans
