Job Title: Proxy SME
Reports To: Team lead
Location: Bangalore
Job Purpose:
Provide Proxy troubleshooting and issue fixing for global clients
Key Accountabilities:
Provision of incident, change and problem support for Proxy
Delivery of Proxy troubleshooting and issue fixing
Deliver and support lifecycle management
Support project Implementations wherever required
Skills And Experience:
Strong proven operational experience in Proxy management – issue fixing and troubleshooting
Experience of Proxy implementation, Migration with Build and Run model.
Desired to have experience with using McAfee toolsets – ePO, MWG, Central Manager, CSR and DB
Good oral and written communication in English
Certifications: CCNA, LINUX, McAfee Web Proxy certifications,ITIL.
Ability to interact with various levels of management, customers. This includes possessing a level of professionalism and business maturity
Ability to collaborate with various team, share relevant information, seek to convince others, know how to listen effectively and promote a team spirit
Client focused and service minded to truly listen and understand the Voice of the Customer.
Creativity, problem solving and analytical skills to effectively translate technical issues into key activities and develop new methods and approaches to satisfy requirements
The Operating Environment And Context Of The Job:
The Proxy SME is part of a team delivering all aspects of Proxy management including incident, change and problem management as well as rulebase compliance, auditing and analysis. Proxy supported are for different global clients. The team will use and utilise McAfee CSR and DB toolsets for auditing and compliance as well as McAfee MGMT Console for Incident and change implementation.
