Detailed Job Description :
  • Should have minimum 5-7 experience in SharePoint Administration L2/L3 Support (SharePoint 2013/ SharePoint 2010).
  • SharePoint O365 Knowledge or experience is good to have.
Good to have : 
  • SharePoint 2016 upgrade , Migration experience.
  • PowerShell Scripting knowledge.ULS log analyzing.
  • Expertise in SharePoint out-of-the-box capabilities.
  • Experience in General SharePoint Administration.
  • Should be able to communicate with various internal teams and stakeholders in order to troubleshoot issues.
  • Experience in deploying solutions.
  • Should be able to handle Incidents independently.
  • Should be responsible for performing changes required in the environment using change management process.
  • Carry out changes required in the environment using change management process.
  • Fix problems using Problem Management Process.
  • Monitor database sizes and based on the requirements create new databases and move sites into the new databases.
  • Consult and follow-up with Microsoft and other vendors for ongoing issues.
  • Help client in migrations/new setups.
  • Troubleshoot issues with data/custom webparts/custom apps/timerjobs/service applications which are integrated with SharePoint.
  • Good working knowledge on IIS7.5, 8.0 Knowledge on Proxy, Firewall, UAG and Load Balancer.
  • Good to have- Knowledge on Control Point(Metalogix), SCOM. 
Desired Skills:
  • SharePoint 2013(Preferred) / SharePoint 2010, ITIL Processes, SQL Server 2012/2008,IIS 7.5, 8.0.
