Detailed Job Description :

Responsibilities

• Design and build new ASP Dot Net infrastructure as well as interfaces APIs to meet the afore mentioned objective
  
• Ownership of a system that is the core of our data products by providing day to day production support of this Hadoop infrastructure
  
• Troubleshoot using logs and monitors should errors arise 
  

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in computer science computer engineering other technical discipline or equivalent work experience
  
• Typically requires 3 to 5 years of ASP Dot Net or software engineering experience
  
• Experience with agile or other rapid application development methods
  
• 3 plus years experience with Csharp and Java Script
  
• 3 plus years experience on SQL in MS SQL server Teradata Hadoop
  
• Proven ability at architecting scalable high performance systems
  
• Experience translating math into efficient code
  
• Enthusiasm to work in a fast paced team
  
• Strong knowledge in scripting languages
  

Technical Skill set

• Knowledge in ASP Dot NET Core C# Entity Framework Web API and MVC Widgets in ASP DOT NET User Controls
  
• Building Web Forms CRUD Operations with Asp.Net Core Api Services
  
• Authentication and Authorization ASP Dot NET Identity Restricting Access Seeding Users and Roles Working with Roles
  
• Basic Linux command line navigation skills 
  

Linux scripting skills

• Good knowledge in back end programming specifically Csharp VBScript 
  
• Writing high performance reliable and maintainable code 
  
• Good knowledge of database structures theories principles and practices
  
• Hands on experience in Widgets
  
• Familiarity with data loading tools MS SQL Server
  
• Analytical and problem solving skills applied to design Patterns
  
• Good aptitude in multi threading and concurrency concepts
  
• Teradata SQL and tools and utilities
  

Desired skills required

• Fluent with SQL and the ability to modify develop database queries
  
• Preferably come from a development background
  
• Reporting and business intelligence is a plus
