1. Candidate should have 6 Months to 2 years of experience in BPO Industry (Not Mandatory)
2. Should have good typing speed, 35WPM with 96% accuracy
3. Experience in health Insurance sector would be preferred
4. Good knowledge of MS- Excel/Word & Outlook
5. Should be willing to work in a 24/7 shift environment
6. Should have good communication skills and good command over written English
