Job Description for this profile is :-
i.Excellent communication skills.
ii.3 to 4 years of experience in ServiceNow development
iii.Hands on experience in IM Module (IM Suite)
iv. Understanding of IM Module integration with other modules (Problem Management, Alert Management etc.) and integration with other third party tools using Webservice
v. Hands on experience on Service Catalogs.
vi. Worked on ServiceNow integration with any third party tools.
vii.Experience of working on the latest ver. Of ServiceNow
viii.Hands on experience on scripting (BR, Client script, Script Include etc.)
ix. Understand ServiceNow best practices for development.
x. Experience in migration from one instance to another via update sets. Knowledge of team development in ServiceNow.
