Job Description:
Primary Skill. CONTROL-M - Midrange 
Secondary Skill. Shell Scripting 

• Have a strong understanding of Control-M job creation, creating dependencies and Alerts. 
• Troubleshooting for Technical job failures. 
• Should be able to handle housekeeping & maintenance of Control-M database. 
• Troubleshooting for communication failures in GAS, GCS, GUI, Gateway. 
• Must have very good knowledge on Scheduling and Calendar Manager.
• Hands on experience on any ticketing tools 
• ITIL- Frame work Knowledge 
• Experience in Installation of Control-M Server, Agent and EM. 
• Customization of Control-M tool as per client"s requirement. 
• Should have experience in Migration. 
• Have a strong understanding of Control-M job creation, creating dependencies and Alerts. 
• Responsible for Patching, Upgrades of Control-M application software, Agents and Control Modules 
• Ensuring the availability of Control-M. 
• Server/Agent troubleshooting and Start/Stop. 
•  Troubleshooting for Technical job failures. 
• Should be able to handle housekeeping & maintenance of Control-M database. 
• Troubleshooting for communication failures in GAS, GCS, GUI, Gateway. 
• Must have very good knowledge on Scheduling and Calendar Manager. 
• Expert in Scheduling. 
• Good Knowledge in Scripting (Shell / Perl)
