1.Complete the Reverse Engineering – purpose of (a) provide size / scope (b) validate downstream HANA migrated objects and (c) create a mind-map, knowledge base of reports functionality – a compendium of corporate data dictionary
2.Complete the Semantic Layer – successfully build and deploy semantic layer
3.HANA Semantic Layers as EDW for all future Generics Reporting
4.Norm existing SSRS reports to functionality, inventory key reports and implement reports (develop reports) in BOBJ/Tableau
5.Archive and retire the normed SSRS reports, leverage construction of new reports as ‘how to’ for business users to create new reports in the future
Data Acquisition, Kick start HANA SLT mechanism
Create HANA views
Develop Data Models/Reports, Hybrid scenarios with SAP BW
Unit Testing on HANA
Develop Reports per matrix and per business areas
Develop reconciliation mechanism and automate where ever applicable
Transport HANA objects to QA / Test systems
Transport Reports to QA / Test systems
HANA Column views testing
User Training
User Acceptance Testing
