Daily Job Responsibilities:
The Security Systems Administrator is responsible for supporting our customers and providing daily system support for a security network environment of 41,000+ nodes.
Required Skills -Knowledge and experience with McAfee ePO administration in an enterprise environment
Knowledge and experience with System Administrations
Knowledge and experience with Windows Server and Workstation troubleshooting
Knowledge with virtual environments (VMWare, Hyper-V)

1) Diagnose and resolve issues related to McAfee security...
1) Diagnose and resolve issues related to McAfee security products such as ePO, Host DLP, VSE,EEPC, HIPS, SAE and ENS (10.x)
2) Configure and Manage the various version McAfee ePO servers such ePO4.5, ePO 4.6 and 5.X
3) Provide support to the business and IT users on security related issues
4) Plan and develop security measures, practices and processes to safeguard information
5) Configure and manage all Safe boot servers and Endpoint Encryption Products such EEPC 6.x. EEPC 7.x
6) Troubleshoot Various Version Safe Boot and Encryption issue with recovering the data with various boot disk methods
7) Manage queries to create a Backup of ePO server Database and restoring it
Troubleshoot server performance issues related to VSE exclusion for SQL Servers, Exchange Servers and other Applications
8) Handle major Virus outbreaks
9) Liaise with multiple towers in case of an outage situation due to McAfee and drive through closure followed by deriving Root cause Analysis
10) Prepare daily,weekly,monthly status reports on security related activities
11) Perform vulnerability assessment and work towards closure within defined timelines
12) Knowledge on ITSM and Service now ticketing system
13) Strong written and oral communication skills
14) Perform other work related duties as assigned
15) Basic Networking knowledge
16) Knowledge and experience with System Administrations, Windows Server and Workstation troubleshooting and virtual environments (VMWare, Hyper-V)
17) Perform other work related duties as assigned
18) Adobtable to work in shifts
