AWS Administrator Jobs in Mumbai

Job Description:

• Ability to write architectural design documents or review design documents provided by others.
  
• Knowledge and understanding of industry trends and new technologies and ability to apply trends to architectural needs.
  

Required Skills:

• AWS operations and deployment experience with Amazon Web Services EC2, RDS, VPC, IAM, Route53, S3, CloudFront and other AWS Services.
  
• Chef/Puppet/Ansible/SaltStack or similar configuration management tool experience; thorough understanding of configuration management concepts
  
• Working experience with automation scripts using Bash, PowerShell, Python, etc.
  
• Creating automated deployment and testing environments.
  
• Working knowledge of AWS Database technologies like RDS, DynamoDB and Elasticache.
  
• Deploying, managing, and operating scalable, highly available, and fault tolerant systems on AWS.
  
• Implementing and controlling the flow of data to and from AWS.
  
• Implementing and administration of AWS VPN.
  
• Estimating AWS usage costs and identifying operational cost control mechanisms
  
• Migrating existing on-premise applications and services to AWS.
  
• Ability to thrive in a constantly changing technical environment with shifting priorities.
  
• Ability to identify and gather requirements to define a solution to be built and operated on AWS
  
• Application clustering / load balancing concepts and technologies.
  
• A solid understanding of cloud computing environments and preferably experience with AWS
  
• Familiarity working in an Agile environment and demonstrated success with structured testing practices such as automated unit testing, regression testing, TDD and continuous delivery
  
• Experience with distributed and scalable software architectures                 
  
• Ability to analyze and resolve complex infrastructure resource and  application deployment issues
  
• Experience with Docker and containers is a plus
  
• AWS Certification is a plus
  
• Knowledge of managing a data center in terms of systems monitoring, capacity planning and performance tuning.
  
• Strong ability to communicate well in English orally and in writing.
  
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment and appropriately prioritize tasks and keep abreast of the latest technology.
  
• Capability to work with people in different time zones.
