Job Description:

• Extensive experience with large business transformations of a range 4 to5.11 years.
  
• Proven testing experience with similar or related projects, preferably Oracle, along with experience in highly integrated 'bespoke' legacy application environments.
  
• Have experience across several different industries, does not have to be logistics.
  
• Understanding of End-to-End software testing processes.
  
• Full understanding of testing life cycle.
  
• Thorough knowledge of structured testing techniques. 
  
• Well experienced in the full SDLC life cycle.
  
• Knowledge and experienced in testing activities in Oracle eBusiness Suite would be preferred
  
• Extensive experience using HP ALM.
  
• Experience in testing with 3rd party vendor say external.
  
• Good presentation, facilitation and negotiation skills.
  
• Understanding of logistics and supply chain management would be desirable.
  
• Ability to maintain security and confidentiality over sensitive information.
  
• Be able to project a professional image at all times.
  
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  
• Able to work proactively, with team members, vendors and Toll staff to achieve goals.
  
• Work to agreed timelines for delivery.
  
• Provide leadership in the assigned areas of expertise.
  
• Able to work effectively in a team environment.
  
• Able to relate to, and respect differences, of personnel at all levels in the organization.
  
• Able to engage people on all levels.
  
• Team player with the ability to work autonomously.
