Social media giant Facebook is reportedly working on modular smartphone. this is entrusted to building 8 team which has many former members of Google's now shut-down project Ara, which was to produce a modular smartphone for Google.

Business Insider has found a patent application by Facebook for modular electromechanical device capable of making calls, hinting it could be a smartphone. yes its new facebook smartphone.
