WhatsApp scam is trying to trick people into providing bank details to pay for fake WhatsApp subscription. Users have reported having received e-mails claiming that they need to pay sum to continue using WhatsApp.

Unsuspecting users are directed to a fake customer portal on which they are asked to furnish payment info their bank details. You may receive such kind of email, so please don't click its link. It will steals your bank details.
