Job Description:
- Provide PeopleSoft Technical consulting services by acting as technical expert with HCM background
- Able to solve critical issues and provide assistance to functional team
- Complete tasks efficiently and in a timely manner
- Report progress to clients and project managers
- Continually seek ways to improve the process of delivering PeopleSoft solutions
- Share knowledge to continually improve implementation methodology
Required PeopleSoft Skills:
5+ years of experience on PeopleSoft 9.2 , 8.5X Tools
- Nice to have a HCM Techno functional skill on Core HR, NA Payroll, Base Benefits, Absence Management or Global Payroll
- Application Engine, PeopleCode, Component Interface
- Integration Broker/ Web services , SQR , XMLP
- Worked on PeopleSoft Production Support , Enhancements Projects
- Understand AM Delivery Process, ITIL Processes, Incident Management Processes
- Monthly Report of Metrics, SLA Processes, Updates to Knowledge Management
- Good communication overall and Client facing skills.
