HCM Developer – PeopleSoft Technical

Job Description:

• Provide PeopleSoft Technical consulting services by acting as technical expert with HCM background
• Able to solve critical issues and provide assistance to functional team
• Complete tasks efficiently and in a timely manner
• Report progress to clients and project managers
• Continually seek ways to improve the process of delivering PeopleSoft solutions
• Share knowledge to continually improve implementation methodology

Required PeopleSoft Skills:

5+ years of experience on PeopleSoft 9.2 , 8.5X Tools

• Nice to have a HCM Techno functional skill on Core HR, NA Payroll, Base Benefits, Absence Management or Global Payroll
• Application Engine, PeopleCode, Component Interface
• Integration Broker/ Web services , SQR , XMLP
• Worked on PeopleSoft Production Support , Enhancements  Projects
• Understand AM Delivery Process, ITIL Processes, Incident Management Processes
• Monthly Report of Metrics, SLA Processes, Updates to Knowledge Management
• Good communication overall and Client facing skills.
