Will Jio get approval from HRD to give free internet to 3 crore students ?

After shaking telecom industry with free mobile data packages now Reliance Jio wants to provide free internet to 3 crore college students in India.

Jio has offered free WiFi services to the students of colleges including Delhi University, Banaras Hindu University, Nagarjuna University and Aligarh Muslim University and has submitted a praposal to the HR department ministry. The ministry is currently looking into the interesting proposal.
